This plan is offered at $10 (for any length of time) a week and is built custom to the runner. This plan is for the runner who is comfortable going it alone, but wants a custom plan to reach their goals. This plan allows for email questions as needed. This plan does not allow for changes, as it comes built in full via email. This plan only focuses on the runs, other days can be designated to cross training and strength, but will not breakdown or plan the workouts.
This plan is for all runners, from those beginning run training to marathon training to the Boston Qualifier! Training is $25 a week (built for any length of time) and is built in 3-week blocks to adjust to the runner as they progress, to allow for maximum growth in pace and endurance, while avoiding injury and over-training. This plan comes with weekly check-ins after the long run of the week, as well as text support, as needed, during business hours 6am to 6pm Pacific. This plans also provides for changes on an on-going basis as life tosses curve balls! This plan is built in Training Peaks. Training Peaks has an app that can be downloaded for free and you can take your training with you!
If you are training for a distance greater than 26.2, let's talk! If you would like Wellness, Nutrition or Strength Training added, it will be quoted based on needs.
