Endurance Coaching: Team Work
Just for you and your goals! This plan is created specifically to you and delivered via email. This plan comes with email, phone and text support for questions and pace assistance if needed, during office hours (8am to 5pm Pacific). This plan is built in full, however allows for changes and flexibility as needed - in the event of injury, illness, life event or added races. This plan is $20 week and can be purchased for any time frame. This plan is all about the runner and comes with weekly check ins via text, following the long run of the week. If you are currently using a gym or app (like Peloton or Bodi) and would like assistance adding strength or specific classes into your routine on specific days, please let me know.
Endurance Coaching: On My Own
This plan is for the runner who simply wants a custom plan but is fine going it alone most of the time. This plan allows for limited changes based on illness or injury. The plan comes with the ability to ask questions as they arise and pace assistance via text or email during office hours (8am to 5pm Pacific). This plan is $10 a week and can be purchased for any length of time - it comes fully built via email. If you are currently using a gym or app (like Peloton or Bodi) and would like assistance adding strength or specific classes into your routine on specific days, please let me know.
